54 new COVID cases detected in Hailakandi on Sunday, none discharged

May 9: Hailakandi registered 54 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday. Of the 54 active cases detected on Sunday, 52 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and 02 found positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 356 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 712 RAT tests and 2 RT-PCR tests were done. None were discharged on Sunday. It needs mention here that 60 persons were found positive on Saturday.
