Health Fair held at Bhuvan Valley Tea Garden in presence of DC Cachar

Feb. 26: In order to reach out to the far off places in Cachar district, a health fair was held in Bhuvan Valley Tea Garden on Friday to cater to various health demands of the area. The people of the area find it very difficult to come out of their place and avail health facilities, so the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar, Keerthi Jalli decided to go there and offer health services at their doorsteps.

A team of specialists in different departments like that of ENT, Dental, Gynecology, Psychiatry etc. examined around 1,000 patients during the day. DC Jalli inaugurated the health fair and interacted with various stakeholders to further improve the place. She also inspected the school premises.
