National Highway bypass to be partly closed from Saturday

Feb. 20: The construction work of cross culvert at C.R Avenue on a part basis will start from Saturday. As such,  the National Highway  bypass at Hailakandi Road will remain partly closed for all types of vehicular traffic from Saturday until further order. A notification to this effect was issued by R.B Chakraborty, Executive Engineer PWD , Silchar & Udharbandh territorial road division on Friday. However, he expressed regret over the inconvenience caused to the general public in this connection.
