Week-long selfie with daughter campaign launched in Cachar

Jan. 26: On the occasion of celebration of ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ anniversary & National Girl Child Day, 2021, a week long ‘Selfie with Daughter Campaign’ has been undertaken by the Cachar district administration with the objective to promote the value of girl child. The selfie campaign has been undertaken under the ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ Scheme.

Taking to a social media post, District Administration Cachar urged upon the parents to click selfie along with their girl child and tag the photograph https://www.facebook.com/Beti-Bachao-Beti-Padhao-Cachar-104320550969860/ .The administration also wrote that the selfie ought to be uploaded in the Facebook with the hashtag #MyDaughterMyPride.
