Assam registers 1 more death due to COVID-19 on Monday, toll reaches 1038

Dec. 28: On Monday, one more person lost his life in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 1038. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The deceased was identified as:
