Earthquake measuring 4.6 jolts Mizoram on Sunday

Sept. 20: Mizoram again experienced a quake on Sunday morning. The earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale, jolted parts of Mizoram at 7:28 am on Sunday. In a tweet by National Center for Seismology (NCS), it was stated, “Earthquake of Magnitude: 4.6, occurred on 20-09-2020, 07:29:06 IST, Lat: 23.00 & Long: 93.65, Depth: 45 Km, Location: 60 km SSE of Champhai, Mizoram, India.” However, there were no reports of any casualties.
