Rotaract Club of Hailakandi felicitates 2 teachers

Sept. 5: On the occasion of 59th Teacher’s Day, Rotaract Club of Hailakandi felicitated two renowned teachers of the town Mridula Dutta and Babul Kangsha Banik from two different fields of education. Mridula Dutta is presently serving in Netaji Subhash Academy school of the town as an Assistant Teacher. She previously served in Adarsha Vidya Niketan also. She is popular among kids for her kind nature.

Babul Kangsha Banik is also associated with the same school as an Art Teacher. He is also associated with Ankanshri Fine Arts Academy. During the ongoing pandemic, members of the club strictly followed the Covid protocol. In order to avoid large gathering, the club members went to the house of the 2 teachers for flicitation.

President of the Club Rtr. Prahlad Reang and Secretary Rtr.Kaushik Chakraborty handed over the memento to them. Other members who were present in the programme are Rtr. Nilanjan Das, Rtr. Ratneswar Chakraborty and Rtr. Supriyo Deb.
