1062 patients discharged in Assam on Friday

July 24: On Friday, a total of 1062 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, 21,761 patients were discharged in the state. At present, there are 8081 active cases in the state. Friday also recorded 6 more deaths due to coronavirus, thereby taking the death tally to 76. In a tweet, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sharma wrote, “1062 patients discharged today. For third day in a row, over 1000 patients have returned home and this is all thanks to our medical teams.”
