938 patients discharged in Assam on Tuesday
Total discharged 18,033 in the state
July 21: On Tuesday, 938 patients were discharged from various hospitals across Assam. With this, a total of 18,033 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged in the state. At present, there are 6992 active cases in the state. Further, on Tuesday, 6 more persons died due to COVID-19, thereby taking the death tally to 64. In a tweet, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma wrote, “938 patients have been discharged today. Patients returning home healthy are our beacon of hope.”
