416 patients discharged in Assam on 4 July including 19 from Barak Valley

July 4: On Saturday late night, State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma informed in a tweet that 416 more patients were discharged from across the state. With this, a total of 6743 patients were discharged as of 4 July. Assam on Saturday recorded the biggest ever single-day jump of 1202 positive cases, out of which, 777 were detected in Guwahati alone. The total number of cases has now reached 11,001, out of which, 4241 are active cases.
