Rotaract Club of Assam University launches its own YouTube channel

July 3: The Rotaract club of Assam University launched its YouTube channel, ‘RAC Assam University Silchar’ with a new project “KALAKOUSHAL”. The Rotaract Club is an international organization mainly focusing on the development of young adults as leaders in their communities and workplaces.

Looking at the present situation of COVID-19 outbreak and the confinement of people inside their homes, the club aims to provide a medium of healthy entertainment for their viewers through their new project. The host and project head Rtr. Somdipto Chakrabarty tried to interact with different performing artists by inviting them to the show, where they talk about their art and showcase it for the viewers.

The credits for video editing goes to Shuvankar Chakraborty. Those interested to watch can check out the first video “Theatre and its Secrets” featuring Doel Bhattacharjee Paul. The club is thinking of growing its channel and asked all to look forward, specially the techno-enthusiasts, as they have some forthcoming projects which would be palatable to them.
