Mizoram woman hid travel history to China, arrested after Facebook post

March 27: A 33 year old Mizoram woman was arrested for allegedly hiding about her trip to the Chinese province of Macau. The woman landed at Lengpui airport on March 10 and told the screening team that she returned from Kolkata, Inspector General of Police (Headquarters) John Neihlaia said.

However, the woman posted in her Facebook profile about her trip to Macau. This made the police alert and they finally arrested the woman on Thursday under relevant sections of the IPC.
