NFR Revises Train Services Amid Ongoing Restoration Work in Lumding–Badarpur Hill Section

way2barak, 2nd August : Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) continues restoration work near New Harangajao station following the settlement of railway tracks (Line-1 and Line-2). Train operations over the Lumding–Badarpur Hill Section are being maintained through Line-3 with enhanced safety measures in place. In view of the ongoing restoration work, NFR has announced the following additional changes in train services:

Cancellation of Trains:

 Train No. 15617 (Guwahati – Dullabcherra) Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been cancelled.

 Train No. 15618 (Dullabcherra – Guwahati) Express commencing journey on 04.08.2026 has been cancelled.

 Train No. 15615 (Guwahati – Silchar) Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been cancelled.

 Train No. 15616 (Silchar – Guwahati) Express commencing journey on 04.08.2026 has been cancelled.

Rescheduling of Trains:

 Train No. 15650 (Narangi – Agartala) Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been rescheduled to depart at 22:30 hrs.

 Train No. 15649 (Agartala – Narangi) Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been rescheduled to depart at 23:30 hrs.

 Train No. 15609 (Guwahati – Sairang) Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been rescheduled to depart at 23:30 hrs.

 Train No. 15610 (Sairang – Guwahati) Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been rescheduled to depart at 21:30 hrs.

 Train No. 15611 (Rangiya – Silchar) Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been rescheduled to depart at 23:30 hrs.

 Train No. 15612 (Silchar – Rangiya) Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been rescheduled to depart at 05:00 hrs on 04.08.2026.

 Train No. 20501 (Agartala – Anand Vihar Terminal) Tejas Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been rescheduled to depart at 23:00 hrs.

 Train No. 14037 (Silchar – New Delhi) Poorvottar Sampark Kranti Express commencing journey on 03.08.2026 has been rescheduled to depart at 04:10 hrs on 04.08.2026.

Regulation of Train:

 Train No. 15645 (Charlapalli – Silchar) Express commencing journey on 01.08.2026 will be regulated enroute suitably.

 Train No. 12501 (Kolkata – Agartala) Garib Rath Express commencing journey on 02.08.2026 will be regulated enroute suitably.
