Storm plays spoilsport, Sonowal’s poll rally at Hailakandi cancelled

April 15: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal was supposed to address a electoral rally at Karlichera area of Hailakandi on Monday. However, due to early morning storm and heavy rainfall, the stage was completely broken. All chairs set up there were all in sixes and sevens. Finally, the rally was learnt to have been cancelled. Another rally by the CM was also cancelled at Nilambazar due to the same reason.
