‘Try not to be out guest on this new year’s eve, states Assam Police in a witty meme

Dec. 30: When it comes to witty memes, Assam Police probably is on the top of the list. In one such meme tweeted by Assam Police, it stated, “‘Try not to be out guest on this new year’s eve.” The tweet follows from Chief Minister’s directive regarding not to drink and drive on new year’s eve. However, if people violate the directive, then they will be detained for the entire night and allowed to go home in the morning.

In the meme, Assam Police further wrote that it has arranged “special performance” by “DJ Lockup” for those who violate norms and end up at police lockups. The cops also ensured “free entry” for “rash drivers, drunk drivers and other eligible violators”. It mentioned, “Free entry for rash drivers, drunk drivers other eligible violators.” The party by Assam Police will have in its menu “Cop Cake and other desert items in their custurd-y.”The venue of the party by Assam Police is “Your nearest Police Station.”
