212 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Sunday, 1 death registered

Oct. 31: On Sunday, out of 15,060 tests, 283 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,10,645. The positivity rate in the state is 1.41 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 96 positive cases during the day. Further, on Sunday, 01 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 5,997. The recovery rate is 98.42 percent.

It needs mention here that on Saturday, 283 persons tested positive in Assam and 04 deaths were registered.
