315 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Friday, 209 discharged & 02 deaths registered

Oct. 22: On Friday, out of 38,899 tests, 315 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,08,126. The positivity rate in the state is 0.81 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 115 positive cases during the day. Further, on Friday, 02 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 5,964. The recovery rate is 98.38 percent.

It needs mention here that on Thursday, 384 persons tested positive in Assam and 04 deaths were registered.
