75 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Monday, 105 discharged

June 7: Hailakandi registered 75 new COVID-19 cases on Monday. Of the 75 positive cases detected on Monday, 74 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) and 01 found positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 1,251 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 2,310 RAT tests and 262 RT-PCR tests were done. 105 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 6,814. As of now, a total of 2,159 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 68 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Sunday.

As of now, in the 57,361 persons have received the 1st dose of the vaccine (irrespective of age), whereas, 16,800 have been administered the 2nd dose in Hailakandi district.
