4 test Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Saturday, 4 discharged

Aug 14: Hailakandi registered 04 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, which were found positive during Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) whereas none were detected positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 36 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 848 RAT tests and 80 RT-PCR tests were done. 04 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,850 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,386 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 01 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Friday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district. Further, during the day, 3,406 persons were administered Covid-19 vaccines.
