322 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Thursday, 2 deaths registered

Oct. 28: On Thursday, out of 39,629 tests, 322 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,09,828. The positivity rate in the state is 0.81 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 141 positive cases during the day. Further, on Thursday, 02 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 5,989. The recovery rate is 98.40 percent.

It needs mention here that on Wednesday, 244 persons tested positive in Assam and 06 deaths were registered.
