238 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Saturday, 184 discharged & 5 deaths registered

Nov. 20: On Saturday, out of 37,223 tests, 238 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,15,291. The positivity rate in the state is 0.64 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 135 positive cases during the day. Further, on Saturday, 05 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,071. The recovery rate is 98.51 percent. Also, 184 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 1,756 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Friday, 190 persons tested positive in Assam and 01 death was registered.
