2 found Covid+ve in Hailakandi on Thursday

Dec. 30: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Thursday, Hailakandi registered 02 new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether has 19 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 656 RAT tests and 192 RT-PCR tests were done. No patient was discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,947 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,501 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 04 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Wednesday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 1,744 persons were vaccinated on Thursday.
