2 artists of Silchar to perform live in FB Page ‘Bengalis in Mumbai’ at 8 PM on 4 June

June 4: Two artists basically from Silchar would be performing live in the Facebook Page “Bengalis in Mumbai” at 8 PM on 4 June, 2021. The two artists are Mitra Das and Srijeeta Dey. They will be performing vocal classical music. Mitra Das used to perform in All India Radio and is also a music teacher, whereas, Srijeeta Dey is a Thumri exponent from Bhatkhande Music Institute, Lucknow.

The Facebook Page “Bengalis in Mumbai” is preferably for all Bengalis currently staying or stayed in Mumbai. The page admin stated, “Bengalis are residing everywhere in every part of the planet showing their proficiency in different fields. Lets explore more about Bangaliana in Bambaiya style.” This Facebook Page is basically a meeting ground of people who are Bengalis and share their stories, events, festivals and friendship.
