175 tests +ve in Assam on Thursday; 267 patients discharged
Active cases 3,193 in Assam
Nov. 19: On Thursday, out of 22,790 tests only 175 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 2,11,040 out of which, 3,193 are active cases. The positivity rate in the state is 0.77 percent.
On Thursday, 267 patients were discharged in Assam. With this, a total of 2,06,875 patients got cured and were subsequently discharged from various hospitals and Covid Care centres across the state. This was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
Further, during the day, none died in Assam due to COVID-19. The death tally in the state now stands at 969.
