120 patients examined in Free Health Camp held at NIT campus

January 27: Leo Club of Silchar, Youth Wing of Lions Club of Silchar Lioness in association with Management Society, Department of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology (NIT) organized a Free Health Camp at NIT CAMPUS on the occasion of 70th Republic Day.

Leo Dr Paromita Chakraborty, Dr.Kushal Kumar, Dr.Julee Rajkhowa and Dr. Hironmoy Narzary from Silchar Medical College and Hospital were the doctors present who extended their wholehearted cooperation in the endeavour undertaken by the Leos. Around 120 people were examined by the doctors in this free health check up camp.. The target group of this camp was the working class people within the NIT campus.

Speaking to way2barak, Anupriya Deb, Secretary of Leo Club of Silchar said, “We look forward to further association with the Management Society so that together we can work for a better tomorrow for the society.”
