114 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Tuesday, 133 discharged & 1 death registered

Dec. 21: On Tuesday, out of 30,473 tests, 114 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,19,700. The positivity rate in the state is 0.37 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 64 positive cases during the day. Further, on Tuesday, 01 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,150. The recovery rate is 98.64 percent. Also, 133 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 935 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Monday, 94 persons tested positive in Assam and 02 deaths were registered.
