11 found Covid+ve in Karimganj & 5 in Hailakandi on Thursday

Feb. 3: On Thursday, Hailakandi registered 05 new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether has 71 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 492 RAT tests and 08 RT-PCR tests were done. 21 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 9,249 (1st, 2nd & 3rd wave).

As of now, a total of 5,649 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 06 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Wednesday. Till date, 55 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 1,111 persons were vaccinated on Thursday.

Karimganj registered 11 fresh COVID case on Thursday. The district has currently 122 active COVID cases, while 43 patients were discharged on Thursday. 436 swab samples were collected during the day. It needs mention here that 14 persons were detected positive in Karimganj on Wednesday.
