1 found Covid +ve in Assam on Wednesday, active cases 13 in the state

June 8: On Wednesday, out of 330 tests, no persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus stands at 7,24,242. The positivity rate in the state is 0.30 percent. Further, on Wednesday, none died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,639. The recovery rate is 98.90 percent. No persons were discharged during the day. So far, 7,16,243 persons got cured and were discharged. There are at present 13 active Covid patients in the state.

It needs mention here that on Tuesday, no persons tested positive in Assam and no death was registered.
