09 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Thursday, 38 discharged

July 1: Hailakandi registered only 09 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday. Of the 09 positive cases detected on Thursday, 09 have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) whereas none were were detected positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 134 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 1,450 RAT tests and 320 RT-PCR tests were done. 38 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,514 (both 1st & 2nd wave).  As of now, a total of 3,961 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 08 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Wednesday.
