4 tests Covid +ve in Hailakandi on Wednesday, 9 discharged

July 21: Hailakandi registered only 04 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday. Of the 04 positive cases detected on Wednesday, all of them have been found positive under Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) whereas none were detected positive in RT-PCR test. The district has altogether 71 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 185 RAT tests and 21 RT-PCR tests were done. 09 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,720 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,225 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 10 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Tuesday. Till date 49 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.
