124 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Thursday, 198 discharged & 3 deaths registered

Dec 2: On Thursday, out of 28,112 tests, 124 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,17,163. The positivity rate in the state is 0.44 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 60 positive cases during the day. Further, on Thursday, 03 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,111. The recovery rate is 98.60 percent. Also,198 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 1,188 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Thursday, 187 persons tested positive in Assam and 5 deaths were registered.
