Yaba seized amounting to Rs 10 crores at Salchapra, arrested 5

way2barak, Dec 25 : Based on a credible intelligence Cachar Police along with BSF has conducted a special operation against the transportation of narcotic substances at Salchapra area and intercepted one Bolero vehicle bearing Regd No ML04D8981 and recovered five packets containing 50,000 yaba tablets from specially made secret chambers. Five persons namely 1) Munglian Khup, 29yrs 2) P. Thangkhan Lun 3) Dpu Khan Lian, 42yrs 4) N. Alex Laljahao, 32 yrs 5) Paulianmuan 44yrs , Churachandpur, Manipur,have been arrested.The price of the narcotics substance in the black market is about 10 crores .The consignment of the narcotics substance is illegally transported from Churachandpur district of Manipur.
