With 6 more Covid +ve case, day’s total in Cachar rises to 13 on 27 October

Oct. 27: The District Health Department of Cachar updated the Covid-19 data of Wednesday at 11.15 PM. As per the latest data, 06 more persons were detected as Coronavirus positive during the day. With this, a total of 13 persons were found positive in the district on 27 October. Earlier, at 5 PM, it was informed that 07 persons were found positive. Also, 14 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the number of active cases in Cachar has gone down to 55. It needs mention here that on Tuesday, 09 persons were detected as Covid-19 positive in Cachar.

As per the updated data, a total of 2,415 Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) were done, out of which, 07 persons were found positive, whereas 06 more were detected positive in RT-PCR Test. With this, the total number of Covid cases since 1 April, 2021 reached 20,252 whereas during this phase, 19,981 patients were discharged.

Apart from this, the district authority informed that out of the 55 active patients:

12 of them are admitted at SMCH
02 at MH
04 at Green Heals Pvt Hospital
00 at Cachar Cancer Hospital
37 patients are in home isolation.
