WhatsApp restored for after around 2 hours

way2barak, Oct.25: Finally, after being down for around 2 hours, WhatsApp service was restored. WhatsApp was down for several users in India. On Tuesday afternoon, at around 1 PM, users started to experience that they were unable to send  and receive messages via WhatsApp.  WhatsApp Web also appeared to have been affected, which is functioning now.
