War against narcotics goes on: Cachar Police arrests 4 peddlers, seizes heroin

June 13: In the relentless war against drugs, Cachar Police is continuing its action and nabbing peddlers almost daily. Form the cops, Sunday is not a holiday and their war against drugs is on. Cachar Police team led by OC Sonai & staff arrested 4 persons and seized 48 grams suspected heroin along with one Maruti Van on Sunday at Katakhal under Dholai Police Station.

Earlier, on Saturday, Cachar Police seized ~ 40000 YABA tablets at Jirighat, 1 arrested. 2000 YABA tablets at Sonai Bazar, 1 arrested. 8.46 gm heroin in 165 small vials at Ghungoor, 2 arrested. 60 cartons cigarettes at Lailapur, 3 arrested.
