20,000 YABA tablets recovered, 3 arrested

way2barak, May 23: Based on a specific information regarding transportation of contrabands at Ghoongur NH way bye pass, police apprehended three drugs peddler. They are 1.Nizam Uddin (56 yr),
resident of Jirighat lalpani, P.S Jirighat Dist-Cachar 2.Dimduanlung Rongmei (50 yrs), Vill-Ramgozamg, P.S-Jirighat, Dist-Cachar 3.Kamal Uddin (50yrs), Vill-Sildubui, P.S- Silchar, Dist- Cachar. Police recovered total 20,000 suspected YABA tablets kept confined in 2 packets from their possession.

Numal Mahatta, SP Cachar says that they seized the tablets in presence of witnesses as per procedure and further lawful actions initiated.
