Truck loses control, rams into a bridge in Karimganj

June 11: A 12-wheel lorry on its way from Tripura met with a peculiar accident in Karimganj district on Thursday night. The truck bearing No AS01 FC 0086 collided on the railing of Poamara bridge in Karimganj Bypass at NH-8. As per traffic police sources in Karimganj, the driver of the lorry lost control of the vehicle and as a result the accident took place. The front tyre of the vehicle came out when it collided with the railing of the bridge. However, there are no casualties reported.
