সুন্দরী মোহন সেবা ভবনকে বেতনের অর্থ দিলেন দিলীপ

৩ জানুয়ারি : নিজের বেতন থেকে শ্রীকোণার সুন্দরী মোহন সেবা ভবনকে আর্থিক অনুদান তুলে দিলেন শিলচরের বিধায়ক দিলীপ কুমার পাল। এ দিন হাসপাতাল চত্বরে এক অনাড়ম্বর অনুষ্ঠানে বিধায়ক এই অর্থ হাসপাতালের প্রশাসনিক অধিকর্তা দেবদাস আচার্যের হাতে তুলে দিয়েছেন। বিধায়ক এ দিন তাঁর মাসিক বেতন থেকে ১০ হাজার করে এক বছরের হিসেবে ১ লক্ষ ২০ হাজার টাকা দেন। এ দিন অনুষ্ঠানে বিধায়ক এই হাসপাতালকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে অন্যদের সঙ্গে ডাঃ কুমার কান্তি দাসের অবদানের কথা স্মরণ করেন।

এ দিন দেবদাস আচার্যও তাঁর বক্তব্যে বলেন, বিধায়ক এই হাসপাতালকে সবসময় অর্থ সাহায্য করে যাচ্ছেন। এমনকি তিনি পুর সদস্য থাকার সময়ও তিনি অর্থ দিয়ে গেছেন। তাছাড়া হাসপাতালের অ্যাপ্রোচ সড়কটিও তৈরি করে দিয়েছেন বিধায়ক।

January 3: Silchar MLA Dilip Kumar Paul donated a part of his salary to Sundari Mohan Seva Bhawan at Srikona. MLA Paul handed over the money to the Honorary Administrative Officer of the Bhawan Devdas Acharjee on Thursday. Mr. Paul gave a cheque of Rs. 1,20,000. Infact, he parted away with Rs. 10,000 per month from his salary and at the end of the year it was a handsome amount of Rs. 1,20,000 which he donated. Speaking during the occasion, MLA Paul reminded all the services rendered by Dr. Kumar Kanti Das towards the growth and development of this hospital.

 

Debdas Acharjee in his speech said that Mr. Dilip Paul contributes financial assistance to this hospital off and on. He has even helped the hospital financially when he was a Municipal Commissioner. The MLA has further helped by making the approach road of the hospital motorable. MLA nominee Niren Paul and other staff of the hospital were also present during the occasion.
