State-of-the-art ENT clinic launched in Silchar by Dr Abhishek Roy

Aug. 16: Using state-of-the-art equipment and procedures, an ENT Clinic was launched at Lochan Bairagi Road by noted physician Dr Abhishek Roy on 15 August, 2021. “We aim to be a one-stop clinic where you can get specialist care from the experts in the field of ENT,” stated Dr Abhishek Roy while narrating the facilities available in his new set up.

He further said that his new ENT clinic has tied up with Shiva Hearing Aid Centre, a brand name trusted for 11 years, a multi-brand hearing aid/ diagnostic retail chain with 25 branches across Bihar, Jharkhand, Chattisgarh , Uttar Pradesh & Goa. Shiva Hearing Aid Centre have dealership of hearing aids of almost all the brands available in India. In the diagnostic segment, the centre provides BERA, OAE, VNG, Audiometry, Tympnaometry & speech therapy. “I do hope that this ENT clinic will definitely address to the audiological needs of Barak valley,” added Dr Abhishek Roy.

Audiologist Sunny Kumar will work in the clinic under the guidance of Dr Abhishek Ray to provide speech therapy and audiological evaluation reports. Dr Roy said, “We have imported BERA & Oae to get neonates hearing screening and Typmanometer to detect middle ear disorders. This is the very 1st time we are going to provide video nystagmography test for vertigo patients in the Barak Valley region . This is again the 1st time for the Barak valley to get the benefit of water proof – digital hearing aids with 2 years replacement warranty.”

In addition to the ENT Clinic, there is dental clinic “Oral And Dental Care Clinic” of Dr Debarati Ray Dutta Chowdhury functioning under the same roof, which offers all kinds of dental treatment ranging from RCT , Extraction, Scaling, Orthodontic Treatment, filling and takes care of all kinds of dental problem.
