SpiceJet to resume Guwahati-Silchar & back flight from 26 May

May 25: Flight operations resumes at #SilcharAirport from 26.05.2020. As per update received from FlySpiceJet , flight no. SG8152/8169 (GAU-IXS-GAU) will operate as per schedule on 26.05.2020. Passengers are requested to contact the Airlines for further updates. This was stated in a Facebook Post by Silchar Airport on Monday night. SpiceJet cancelled its Sunday’s flight from Guwahati to Silchar. With this, Silchar Airport will witness resuming of domestic flight operations after it was halted in the last week of March as nationwide lockdown was declared in India.

However, flight operations in the Kolkata- Silchar route has not yet resumed though earlier it was notified that Air India & SpiceJet was supposed to fly from 25 May. As per Kolkata Airport sources, flights in this sector will fly from 28 May, 2020.
