Silchar Airport officials plant saplings on Environment Day

June 5: Though they are concerned with the skies, yet the officials did not lose sight of the ground. On the occasion of World Environment Day, the officers of Airport Authority (AAI) of India also took part in plantation programme.

On 5 June, C.L. Indi, Airport Director along with senior officials of Silchar Airport planted saplings in the airport campus. Their main catch word and theme for the Day was #AAI Cares and #BeatAirPollution.
