Shibam Multimedia to launch its new project ‘Uttarsuri’

A Tribute to Lata Mangeshkar & Salil Choudhury

September 3: After the successful launch of previous projects, Shibam Multimedia is all ready with a new project, entitled “Uttarsuri”. This new project will be released on YouTube on 28 September, 2019. However, the teaser of “Uttarsuri” is going to be released on 5 September, 2019.

Speaking to way2barak, Shibam Das, Director of this unique project said, “The promo of the project “Uttarsuri” will be released and it will be uploaded on our official YouTube channel on 5 September, 2019. This day marks the death anniversary of the legendary music composer Salil Choudhury. The main video will be released on 28 September, 2019 on the day when Indian Nightingale Lata Mangeshkar will be celebrating her 90th birthday.”

The persons behind this project has expressed the view that this project is a small token of love and respect towards two great artists of our country. The song was sung and recorded by 20 budding talents of Barak Valley. It’s a heart touching song of Lata Mangeshkar which was composed by Salil Choudhury.

The project was composed by Nirupam Barbhuiya. The rhythm was arranged by Ranabir Singha, who also mixed and mastered it. It was edited by Biplab Sharma. Swagatam Roy was the Assistant Cinematographer whereas Disha Das was the Assistant Director. The main man behind ‘Uttarsuri’ was Shibam Das who conceptualized the entire project and was its Cinematographer and Director.
