Sayantan Chakraborty Memorial Cricket to be played on Friday at Meherpur

way2barak, Jan 11: On the occasion of National Youth Day, Swami Vivekananda’s birth anniversary, Thousand Sayantans’ is going to organise “SAYANTAN CHAKRABORTY MEMORIAL TROPHY” Cricket Tournament among reputed clubs and NGOs of Barak Valley at City Sports Club, Meherpur at 9 a.m.

It’s motto is to unify various NGOs engaged in various developmental activities of the society, to create brotherhood among ourselves, to create solidarity among ourselves and to move forward together to create NEW SILCHAR in the coming days.

The participants are : 1) Dhaga 2) Joy Radhe Seva Samiti 3) Marwari Yuva Manch 4) Aahvan 5) Friends of the Earth 6) Robinhood Army 7) Vivekananda Sporting Club 8) Aashirbad club 9) Madhyasahar Sanskritik Samitee and 10) Apollo Club

An exhibition match will also to be played with a message to the society “PLAY FOR FITNESS, PLAY FOR UNITY” by all reputed doctors and dignitaries of Barak Valley.
