RSS, Sewa Bharati & others gives relief to 170 familes along Indo-Bangla border
May 5: RSS, Keshab Smarak Sanskriti Surabhi (Sewa Bharati), NMO & Infosys is continuing its relief distribution among the poor and needy persons of Barak Valley. On Monday, they distributed food commodities among the distressed families residing along the Indo-Bangladesh border in Cachar district. A total of 170 families residing in 4 villages along the border were provided aid by them.
Fifty families of Bhoterchok & Sorospur areas along the border, thirty families of Mahadevpur and forty distressed families residing at Labourputa were given grocery items by RSS, Keshab Smarak Sanskriti Surabhi (Sewa Bharati), NMO & Infosys. Apart from distribution of relief, an awareness camp was also organised where information was shared on coronavirus. The relief materials were distributed maintaining the principles of social distancing.
Present during the relief distribution and awareness camp were Sanjoy Kumar Deb- Pracharak of RSS Dakshin Assam Pranth, Amal Das, Nilendu Das, Ashu Debnath, Bishal Das, Samrat Roy, Guddu Nath, Abhishek Paul and Amal Das among others.
