Recruitment Exam Gr III: Centres having examination on both shifts to have an entry & exit gate: SEBA
After completion of 1st shift, frisking not required, if candidate does not leave the exam venue
Aug. 24: All the districts have successfully completed the examination for Grade IV on 21 August, 2022. However, few difficulties and errors were noticed which needs to be addressed for the smooth conduct of examination on 28 August, 2022 and 11 September, 2022. This was stated in a notification issued by SEBA on Wednesday.
It was observed that frisking of candidate become difficult for the Centres having examination on both the shifts and where the number of candidate is too high. To avoid unwanted situation in such centres, Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA) suggested to have an entry as well as an exit gate for the candidates. After completion of first shift, if the candidate does not want to leave the examination venue, then frisking is not required for such candidates. But if the candidates leave the examination venue after the completion of the first shift, then proper frisking has to be done for such candidates.
It has been reported that the candidates faced difficulty due to non availability of watches with them. As such to signal the candidate, the Bell in the Examination Centre will ring as per the following schedule:
