Recovery rate goes up in Assam with discharged number crossing 3000-mark

June 19: On Friday, the recovery rate in Assam went up considerably with 191 more patients recovered during the day. Another 191 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the active cases have come down to 1853. Sharing this information, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Today our discharge numbers cross 3000! So heartening to see so many people going back to their homes.patients discharged today after being tested negative.”
