Ramkrishna Nagar Students Protest Against RG Incident

way2barak, Aug 18: In a powerful demonstration of public outrage, over 1,000 students from Greater Ramkrishna Nagar marched to the streets today to protest the recent rape and brutal murder case at Kolkata’s RG Kar Hospital. The rally began at RK Nagar College and concluded at Netaji Bagh. Students were carrying candles and placards demanding justice.

The demonstrators expressed their anger by burning cloth effigy of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. The protestors chanted slogans and voiced their demand for immediate and stringent action against the perpetrators of the horrific crime.

The rally highlighted the call for justice and a swift resolution to the brutal incident, emphasizing the need for enhanced safety measures in public institutions.
