Ramakrishna Mission, Silchar gave relief materials to 600 flood victims at Kanakpur

July 3: On 2 July Ramakrishna Mission (RKM), Silchar conducted a survey of flood affected people at Kanakpur Part-II, Silchar for distribution of relief items among the flood affected people. Accordingly, today (3 July), Ramakrishna Mission, Silchar with active  support by Infosys Foundation turned up at the said place with a view to distribute the relief materials among the flood affected people.

A make- shift relief distribution centre was set up by RKM on the same location (Kanakpur) so as to apportion the relief items properly under the supervision of holy monk of RKM Silchar Gunotitanandaji Maharaj. From this centre, 600 people procured relief materials. During the distribution activities disciple Debasish Das and others offered their active cooperation.
