Prof Ajanta Borgohain Rajkonwar appointed as VC of Assam Women’s University

Aug. 19:Professor Ajanta Borgohain Rajkonwar was appointed as the Vice Chancellor of Assam Women’s University. Dr. Rajkonwar has formerly served as the Dean of the School of Commerce and Management Science, Dibrugarh University. She has also held the position of Chairperson at the Centre for Management Studies, Dibrugarh University.

Taking to his twitter handle, State Education Minister Dr Ranoj Pegu wrote, “I wish you all good luck in your new position and I hope that the university gets a new direction under your able leadership.”
