Polling staff for Dholai, Lakhipur & Katigorah constituencies set out from NATRIP

March 31: In connection with the ensuing Assembly Election, 2021, Polling personnel for the polling stations of Dholai, Lakhipur and Katigorah constituencies in Cachar district set out towards their respective polling stations after collecting materials from NATRIP in Jhapirbond. Election will be held on 1 April.

For the smooth and hassle free distribution of voting materials to the polling personnel for the forthcoming assembly elections, 92 counters will be functioning. The polling materials for all the 07 assembly constituencies (Silchar, Sonai, Dholai, Udharband, Lakhipur, Borkhola & Katigorah)  will be distributed from these 92 counters.

For distribution of poll materials, there are 17 counters in 09-Silchar assembly constituency, 12 counters in 10- Sonai constituency, 14 counters in 11-Dholai constituency, 12 counters in 12-Udharbond constituency, 12 counters in 13-Lakhipur constituency, 11 counters in 14-Borkhola constituency and 14 counters in 15-Katigorah constituency.

The polling personnel for Dholai, Lakhipur, Katigorah constituencies set out on March 30.The polling stations for Silchar, Sonai, Udharbandh and Borkhola constituencies will have to leave on March 31.

No description available.In order to assist the polling parties regarding EVM/VVPAT or poll procedure, Help Desks will be set up at Jhapirband NATRIP Campus on 30 and 31 March, 2021. In this regard, a detailed plan has been chalked out by the Cachar District Administration. In case of any last minute confusion, the help desk will be of immense help to the poll parties.
